Garlic bread is super easy to make from scratch. Every time I look at my recipe I kick myself for not making if more often.

The parsley is optional, but it makes it look sooooooo pretty. Tastes nice, too!
The main thing to remember when making garlic bread is to use a fresh loaf of bread. Old bread just dries out even more in the oven, so you’ll end up with croutons instead. 😉
