These popsicles are amazingly simple and oh-so-good. Maybe even a little good for you compared to traditional popsicles.
At least that’s what I told myself when I ate several of them in one day.
You really can’t get much simpler than this – just coconut milk and your favorite juice! I love to use nectars for this – they’re a little sweeter and a bit thicker. You can also add a little extra sugar into the coconut milk if you think it needs it!
If you pour the coconut milk in first and then slowly pour the fruit juice over, you’ll end up with beautiful popsicles, too!
