I love you, chow mein.
Though – enough with the sappy stuff, the important thing here is that I’ve figured out how to make awesome chow mein at home! And it’s easy! And tasty and makes enough that you can eat it out of the fridge at midnight several times.
Fried oreos are one of my favorite things to get at the fair. They’re everywhere at the Kentucky State Fair, along with deep fried twinkies and snickers bars. 😀 (ughhhhhhhh need) But they’re super easy to make at home, and they cost hardly anything! And what better way to end a fancy dinner?
I am amazingly lactose intolerant. We’ve had a really hard time finding bread I can eat! They always seem to sneak in nonfat dry milk or whey other terribleness. I started making my own recently and I love it! No more bloating, no more cramps – only delicious and awesome homemade bread!
