Beer bread: ruler of the savory quick breads!
This bread is nearly foolproof – it’s amazingly simple and fast. You can have fancy bread to go with your chili or stew in an hour and a half. 😀
Very few ingredients: beer, flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and butter.
I used St Peter’s organic English Ale for this batch. Tasty!
Right out of the oven. The crust is to die for! So so so so yummy.
